At the Mayburg Salzburg, the senses relax and stimuli take a break. Sensory experiences nonetheless play a big role in our hospitality. A culinary experience in our hotel is so many things and above all a decision for mindful pleasure, for the best produce possible and local specialities bought directly from the region.
The Mayburg Breakfast
Saying “Good morning!” to the body. Our vitalising breakfast is the best foundation for the day. A large selection of crusty rolls from our favourite baker just around the corner. Added to that a wide range of sausages and cheeses with produce from suppliers we know personally. Fresh fruit and vegetables, yoghurt, muesli, healthy juices and hot breakfast options offer genuine moments of pleasure – regional and with a focus on the best ingredients - even at the start of the day.
For those preferring breakfast in bed or who want to explore Salzburg first thing, there’s the Breakfast Bag, a selection of all the specialities in our buffet also available to take away. You can browse the QR code menu and order from your hotel room. Simply make your selection by 10.30 pm to look forward to the first meal of the following day.

The Mayburg Living Room
The Mayburg Living Room is the heartbeat of our hotel. It is also where the culinary experience begins. Our restaurant stands for causal togetherness and regionally inspired cuisine. Fresh local ingredients in surprising combinations enthuse the tastebuds and make good on a promise not only to activate the senses but also give the body what it needs. The menu changes with the seasons to guarantee best-quality seasonal ingredients. It comprises no more than ten dishes with a common thread and something to say about the Salzburg region. Always available is ‘The My Burger’ signature dish – for that soul-food moment of the day.

The Mayburg Bar
Enjoy togetherness or being completely with yourself. The lounge and bar area is a personal place for pleasure. The bar menu features homemade syrups and bitters as well as signature drinks with natural ingredients from the region. One of the city’s best coffee ranges awaits you here with high-quality, finely roasted beans. Our bartenders create with love exciting combinations, high-quality spirits and a wide range of non-alcoholic variations. Depending on the season and guests’ tastes, new ingredients are regularly finding their way into the glass. Cheers!

Grab & Go Kiosk
Whether for lunch, a handy snack or a thirst-quencher on the go, our Grab & Go concept encourages you to take a short break and give yourself a treat. A rich assortment includes lunch options such as soups, stews and sandwiches that can easily be heated up in the adjoining open kitchen for guests. Local delicacies, such as Mozart Balls, sweeten the afternoon. The afterwork drink stands as chilled here as the freshly squeezed juice for quick breaks. Just open the fridges and serve yourself. It works on a trust basis, as this is what – for us - constitutes hospitality.

Chillout Zone
One very special place is our Chillout Zone, a roof-garden oasis in the middle of the city with a view of the quiet inner courtyard. Perfect for taking the remote office outdoors or engaging in conversation with locals and other guests. This social retreat is also ideal for looking at the sky and simply doing nothing. Relaxing hours on the terrace are rounded off with drinks and dishes from our Grab & Go Kiosk that cater to our guests’ physical well-being.
